Returned the equipment before 6pm drop off, in same condition I had dropped it off, I got an email saying I got charged $10 extra for cleaning fee and $20 for late drop off. I don’t have time to dispute the charges but definitely won’t be going back to this location.
NIMA DI have had good experiences with this location the front end staff has been great over all… however there is an older individual who works there at times helping in the yard. He is generally hostile and rude to deal with and is a black eye on this otherwise great business. I will be going to another location for my next rental as it’s not worth dealing with a petty individual for a 30 dollar rental.
