I had to dig out the trailer from the snow nothing was clean parking area was not plowed but a snow plow was on the property trailer hitch was completely frozen with ice not elevated off the ground the electric hook up on the trailer was not properly attached and had to remove the snow off the trailer myself with my snowbrush from car no help from owners at all very very poor service
