the opening on one of the hooks on one chain was very narrow. I had to force it onto my hitch and it would only go half way. Also, there seemed to be excess play in the ball/socket connection, so there was plenty of clunking on deceleration and acceleration. The trailer itself was very useful and did the job that I expected.
