Amazing service by the associates that were at the location. Went out of their way to help me troubleshoot some lights on my car that were not working. Very much appreciated.
PIOTR MTerrible experience with U-Haul. The whole check-in process is way too long and complicated with endless information being requested. They keep saying someone will call you back, but nobody ever does. I went on Monday and waited almost 2 hours just to get the keys. I had issues and had to go back again on Wednesday, and once again I waited another 2 hours for the keys. The process is extremely disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Definitely not the smooth or convenient experience they advertise.
