I did not get the van I booked but got a smaller one. I did not agree to the charges and was told someone from this location would call me on Monday. No call just charged my visa. Charged me for fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than when I received the van. Location was difficult to deal with just trying to get the rental in the first place. I would not recommend U-Haul an especially this location.

DABEER NWe almost drive 14 km only and they charger 77.57$ first and returning after3 hrs they charge 11.51$ again.Totally disappointed!!!!! Very bad experience
MAHIRSINH MNoticed some units looked like they were stuck in snow and ice. Please have rep inspect parking lot more often in winter months.
