The vehicle was parked in a secondary location from the photo. This lead to an unnecessary waste of my time hunting for it and the keys, which were at a different location. I wasn’t informed that there were no dollies available at this location until pick up of the vehicle. Never going there again!

Have the ability to pay debit - some people don’t own credit cards - should have been contacted with the price being more than told. Very disappointed. Interior of truck was dirty and smelled unkindly. Would not recommend or using this location again
MINDY BDrew was awesome! Got me and my wife out of a pinch when Penske didn’t maintain their truck and left us stranded. Give him a raise! Will be a lifetime customer.
HUTCHESON HInterior of vehicle was dirty when I picked it up. It should be cleaned after every use. Also the key will not open the driver door.
AARON VAs there was construction outside the pickup location maybe make the outside sign bigger. We could not see it from the road.
