I made it about an hour down the highway and the door latch and door handle shook loose and fell off. Called roadside assistance and waited 3.5 hours for someone to put a new latch on it and said he couldn’t fix the handle and left. Called roadside assistance again and waited another hour for a different person to fix the handle.

Rental was in good condition I book it on-line the truck was ready.
Ervin KTruck ramp was damaged, couldn't pull it out. Cable for the rear door was tangled and had to constantly untangle it to close it. There was melted chocolate in a cubby and some liquid dumped inside another cubby, garbage underneath the seats. Clearly they don't maintain the functionality or cleanliness of the truck, won't be renting from this location again
