Rented Fri-Mon 7:30 pm turned it in 4:23 pm Sunday. The store was open 2 woman worked there no one said they knew how to check it in. We was told when the man got back at closing or the next day it would be checked in. We filled the gas tank up to 3/4 full where it was when we got it. The lady wouldn't even come out an check that. We turned the keys in. Went home an immediately called Uhaul. We done our part called Uhaul again being it still wasn't checked in. Was expecting some money returned to our card since it was a day early, but that wasn't the case.
ANTHONY MThe girl at the counter didn't know anything about uhaul and the woman who did was on the phone the whole time. We were told our truck was clean and gas was were it should be and later got a charge for $25 for cleaning
