I was able to pick up the truck as scheduled and to drop it off via the lock box. So, the rental did what I needed it to do. And, the cost was what I expected. The rental lot was a muddy mess. The passenger side windshield wiper didn't work (and, of course, it was a rainy day.)

Gerald MGas tank was empty, I spent $92 to fill it up the second I picked it up. Car was dirty and super old. The lift gate required strength to close - my wife could not get it to budge. Would not go here again despite living next to it. Really, really disappointed with this location.
Stephen DDrop off went smoothly. Confirmed that the truck was dropped off on the U-Haul website before 11:30am Monday, 3/30/26, but received a $60.50 charge for an extra day with coverage even though the truck was dropped off before 12:00. I was able to call and the person on the phone was very helpful and was able to issue a refund, but I don’t see how the charge was possible with the drop-off time being correct on the U-Haul website. Everything else was good and I will use U-Haul for future moves.
