This location is in a terrible part of town. We had to wait for the rental agent. The agent was efficient once he arrived. The rental/ return process was easy, but unnerving due to safety concerns. The trailer was clean but pretty banged up. We took pictures to ensure that we were not held responsible for previous damage. All the documents were signed on a cell phone. U-Haul can’t afford a dedicated tablet? I would only go back to this location out of necessity.

Location is the issue, however the place was closed when I arrived and someone from the building came out and THANKFULLY helped me fill out the APP for after hour delivery, as people from the hood were watching me struggle with my phone , alone, as it was getting dark. DO NOT SEND college kids here. I requested a different location and was given this by default. The person who worked there was very kind, and stayed with me untill I was checked in.
ANN GGot charged a late fee even though I dropped the truck off on the day it was due, around lunchtime. I was also charged for not returning the blankets although I brought the blankets back and spoke to multiple people about getting a refund issued. No contact or refund was ever issued. $80 in total charges that should have never happened. Stay away from this location.
