I did not have an issue once I had a location to pickup a truck. Was very frustrating that no location nearby my pickup point could confirm a truck even though I had reserved a truck well in advance. I ended up reserving and picking up a truck the night before to ensure I had a truck for 8 am the next morning. My morning pickup location never returned a call or reached out to confirm I could pickup a truck. Not sure why you have a reservation system when there is no guarantee and the pickup location keeps moving around. Not a fan of your reservation system. Trucks and trailers have been fine that I have rented. No problems with the Pilgrim pickup location.
