Lack of trying to inform us of the reservation, didn’t tell us until the day of that we needed to confirm it although there was no indication in the several emails that Kris switching the locations. I did not originally choose this location and didn’t even know it could change so we had to go across town in a shady area. The person on the phone was not helpful and it took way longer to get the reservation. The owner wasn’t helpful, and came off rude asking why we didn’t answer the phone although we were in church and it was the same day. Why not call the day or two before? Price was outrageous but the time we finished going 17 miles, it turned out to be $59.
