The service person at the location was great. The truck was not. Low air pressure indicator for right front tire came on; check engine light was on; headlights were very dim; another dashboard warning light was on, but it was covered by a sticker so I couldn't tell what it was. Truck exterior, specifically the windows and mirrors were so dirty I had to stop at the nearest gas station to clean them before I even started on my route. I hope this was an unusual rental scenario, and not the norm!

Computers were really slow. I booked online, did all the registration online, got confirmation. When I got to the location, I had to do it all over again and it took forever. Not the location's fault, UHaul corporate has to do better.
John TI know the lady behind the counter gets some hate but she is wonderful! I feel like any one that has had trouble or is complaining about the staff at this location are just people mad because they enforce the rules. We always go the extra mile and clean the truck, add fuel, and take care it like it is our own. Never once were charged any fees or had a complaint.
