The person who was in charge on our location is not friendly doesn’t look like he wants to deal with the public. I will use U-Haul again, but another location thanks.

Yes, you can definitely be transparent with customers. It’s funny how you hold his detail on what the customer should be doing pay the extra mile if you don’t have, you don’t take our insurance. You’ll be totally like totally liable, but you don’t mention if you return the truck early within the 24 hours you get no refund back whether it’s one way two ways or anyway to be ashamed of yourself.
Christine SThe owner of gas station was so nasty. Refused to give us the keys and said that there was a check engine light on. He didn't want to give us the truck keys cause we were going to be bringing back to a different location. Resulted in us calling the cops to get the keys and him wasting 2 hours of our rental time. Gas was not filled either.

Johana VThe actual facility was FILTHY. The car was disgusting and not well kept. I filled the car back up with gas and then he charged me an additional $10 for gas. The whole thing was so sketchy
