The truck was not clean. I had to sweep up a pile of dirt before I could load my belongings.
MILLICENT MI wasn’t offered unlimited mileage and was charged by mileage . Had to pay close to $200
SHAMIKA BWorker was alone at location, had my family member taking tow dolly off truck and parking in specific spot. Tried to charge me more money !
pat gThe entire venue felt unsafe. The attendant required me to back in the truck in a tight space between two U-Haul trucks. Furthermore, no assistance whatsoever with the return of the dolley. I’m glad the location was close to my complex, but I’d rather drive somewhere further where it feels much safer.
