Did not allow authorized driver to pick up truck (watched same thing happen to another customer who got turned away), mobile app didn’t recognize being in the right location and had to go inside, would not recommend this location, though the truck seemed overall in decent condition

I did not rent a uhaul, my information was fraudulently used and I made several calls over several day to get it corrected and I am still getting emails for this rental! PLEASE correct this situation and send me a confirmation that it’s been corrected. This needs to be addressed immediatly!!!!
JORDAN GStaff was not friendly or helpful and the cargo van needed mechanical work.
TIA CTrailer was 'snow bound' when I came to pick it up. Language barrier was an issue
John CParking lot still had a lot of ice, which was very difficult for walking. Please provide parking for my vehicle in the space where the truck was parked. I ordered a utility hand truck but none were available, so instead I had to use a small, flat dolly that looked similar to a skateboard for a large clothes dryer. Locking mechanism on back of the truck was broken. When I informed the guy inside, he said he just examined it and didn't see anything wrong. I ended up getting a different truck. Somewhat very unorganized. Not having a parking space for my car was quite a challenge. I had to park my car behind another business with the worry of it either being broken into, stolen or towed.
