My first time renting a U-haul truck was great. I needed a truck to move out of state same day and I got brand new truck but I feel sad that I wasn’t informed about the free storage that comes with out of state 1 way renting. I saw it written in the truck late after I have disturbed my family to empty their garage and put all their things outside.

First, I was running late to my reservation because moving takes a lot of time. I was called about an hour after my reservation time and was threatened with my reservation being cancelled because “it was the weekend and other ppl needed the truck.” This was a big move for me in my own place and this location made a good day bad. I’ve rented with this company for years and this location… hands down is the worse!! But that’s not it…. I was then charged $192 and was told (it’s policy ep estimate 100 miles.(never heard of this either.) then to be told the money will be put back within 3 to 5 business days. My experience yesterday was totally unacceptable..
TANISHA YThis should be taken off the road. It is unsafe to drive. It was nasty left over would hardly open her close , If anyone drives any distance at all, no doubt that they may be an accident because of the steering and the front suspension, please stop ringing this shit. The manager at the store was very understandable caring there’s not much you can do about U-Haul fixing or replacing these trucks.
