My intial booking was at a different location. They made me wait 1 hr after my reservation time. They had no other options, the person on reception was not able to help. I was later sent to new location around 30 mins drive from the original location, which is where i got the truck. This is utterly unprofessional and ahould have been handeled better

Truck was not clean and the fuel wasn’t at where they listed iit at in the contract.

HAMADA AThe person who directed me to park the trailer left as soon as it was in the spot . No help at all with disconnection which was a little hard for a 73 year old person. I guess he was too busy to help
