JEFFREY SOnly complaint was when I picked up car carrier they did not have the straps to strap down my truck. Had to make two trips to find some to purchase. At the very least the uhaul showroom should have them to purchase. So a two hour delay to start my cross country trip was beyond frustrating!! Ugh
