My truck cab needed wiping down from a previously spilled drink in the holders. My rental included a hand cart, two dozen blankets, and a queen size mattress bag. None of these items were available when I picked up the truck.

Franklin BI love Parking Depot for all my recent moving needs. In the past ten to eleven months, we have moved our household twice, and my mom's once, requiring multiple rentals back and forth from NC and Spartanburg, SC, and most recently, locally. We will continue to use Parking Depot for its convenient location and helpful staff. I do wish they kept the location more attractive and "shrouded" for "curb appeal", for the benefit of residents in this residential neighborhood, however. Mobile check-in/check-out could be simplified/streamlined. The UHaul app is very frustrating for all its glitches, making it time-consuming and frustrating to check in and check out.
