The cab and the outside of the vehicle was not cleaned but you know what I was eternally grateful for the use and how efficient and quick it was to get a rental and the price was right! It is equipped with a lock, the amount of storage the ramp included. It's just completely wonderful and better than those rental boxes that they move and charge every chance they get. I really respect and appreciate U-Haul!

No improvements I can think of. Everything went seamlessly

Jaskirat MWhen do you physically inspect the trucks? They are a mess and not well maintained. Not looking for perfection but safety is important. Why have online check in if the guy at the counter is going to ask all the same questions and charge more than what online said I would have to pay.
Jennifer WI would recommend based on location. I was not impressed that the rental was for the day and then i received an email that stated I had to have the unit back by 6pm and we picked up at noon. How is this a "day" rental. the unit was musty and not clean in the cab. No way to get things up into the back (no ramp). the back was clean enough.
