The truck performed well with the one exception being headlight alignment. They were aimed at the moon. Thankfully we had the tools with us to make the necessary adjustment. The booking, pickup and drop-off processes went very smoothly
JUSTIN SEverything was pretty good. It took only about 10 minutes to sign the contract at the Beaumont ESSO, the photo process was a little slow as the app didn’t work real quick but eventually worked. (15 min) for the photo app that comes as part of the contract. There were many scratches, a few dents in the 15 foot UHaul truck and I didn’t want to get blamed so had to make sure the photos worked. Drop off took only 5 - 10 min TE line up at the til.

Patrick PThe only issue we have was having to drive the U-Haul back to Beaumont Ab when we were done with it instead of being able to drop it off in Edmonton west area where we moved to from Beaumont. It was a waste of our time/money having to return it to place of origin instead of having the convenience of dropping off blocks from where we moved to.
