Love the personalized service, got a friendly greeting and the person was super knowledgeable. Would recommend this location. Even told me how to get rescue/help and where it was located on the key ring. First time anyone was this thorough. Clean equipment and paperwork matched the truck condition. Did I mention how easy it was? About 7 mins from check in to driving away.

Additional miles weren't explained. Feels shady. Also, if I'm extending the rental to multiple days from a single day, wouldn't that provide the opportunity to increase those miles because why else would I extend the rental if not to need the truck for longer and drive it additionally. Pretty shitty on U-haul's part for this and also nothing being explained/relayed. Anything for a money grab though right.
