The truck has a misfire and would lunge forward while holding brake at stop light, truck was also very loud almost sounded like an exhaust leak.

I rented a 20 ft truck for two days, however we finished the job in less than a day. We picked up the truck at 10am and returned it at 5pm. we thought that maybe we would receive a credit for the unused day, but got charged for the full two days.
