I guess 7/8 of a tank is a subjective measurement, I was charged for 1 gal of gas when I had just filled it within a mile of the drop off to what appeared to me to be 7/8 of a tank. I'd recommend having them go out on full and come back full, I understand this is your business model and you're making money off of this tactic, but I think it's tacky.
