ERIC FField personnel were fine but customer service would not answer a call, was on hold for 15. Min. I gave up.
Arch HTrailer covered in snow upon pickup. Noticed a bad, balding, tire. They refuses to change. Had it blow out while towing.
James DI reserved the truck a month in advance for spearfish but had to go to belle fouche to pick it up. Also reserved blankets and was told they didn’t have any. The truck radio didn’t work.
