It was not the location I originally chose. Also the trucks are very very far away from the keys.
Matthew DThe employee was very unknowledgable to the company. Did not reimburse after a level 3 snow emergency across the state. When trying to call SEVERAL times, the establishment did not answer but swore they were open they day but could not verify. No receipt was able to be provided and this experience was completely unprofessional. Will never use uhaul again.
