We arrived at 2:30 pm assuming that there would be someone to help us disconnect the trailer from our truck. There was a lady running a nail salon who said we would have to do it ourselves. My husband is handicapped. I am a 78 year old woman. We were never told to take a jack with us so we could unhitch the trailer ourselves. I went into a store and found a young man who came and lifted it for us, however, he even had trouble, since it was very heavy. I paid him $20. If you are not going to provide workers, you should put that in writing. I would've chosen another drop off point if I had known that.
