The location was awesome, but the the rest was awful, moved my truck to different location, then moved me to smaller truck, if I wanted smaller I’d rented smaller, then moved me to this location which didn’t open till 11am but the app didn’t work. Then charged me more money for the rental. The location has nothing to do with this and they were great, but UhAul is a damn joke at corporate. Everyone’s nice but can’t do anything to help. Better luck to everyone else in your stressful time of moving.
