Location is ok but Uhaul support is horrible. You are charging for 2 days when we only had it one

Very easy drop off. Quick check of inventory and fuel and we were good to go.
RICHARD JOnline services could be better explained especially one way and in town I was not given the choice I was just shown in town not one way and so I did not know my rights it was my first time using U-Haul and I had gone to the Mount Dora office and they told me that if I return the truck there instead of at the Bellevue office that I would get charged twice the amount I have just been through some traumatic experiences with a domestic violence and there was no empathy in the Mount Dora they stated that they couldn't do nothing and that they would definitely charge me twice the fair then when I said no that I will just return it back to Bellevue the clerk there told me that that was a lie that I could have returned it there and it wouldn't have costed me twice as much so I don't know which one to believe
Herminia CI made the online order and when I got there to pick it up I had to go retrieve the truck they did not do walk around with me I had to figure it out myself and when I got the paperwork I saw it would be a dollar a mile and she changed the drop off location so I would had to pay another 100 bucks
