UHaul was very helpful
Ernest A.This location is a nail and tanning salon. Although I have no issue with the business, incompetence of simply hooking up a 12' x 6' trailer correctly resulted in failure of the trailer lights and damage to the light harness. The equipment is dirty and not maintained probably. Had a tire failure as well and the corporate response was phenomenal, both professional and compassionate, still cost three hour down time, having to pay moving labor for nothing, and with the trailer light issue, which ould have been disastrous, was not safe. Using U-Haul for decades and will continue but be careful WHERE you pick-up your rental.
