The lights on the trailer were not working so we had to fix those prior to leaving AFTER the Ugaul service tech had finally arrived to fix and replace the strap on the trailer. Then we were not even 40 miles in to our trip in the middle of the night when the left tail light literally fell off and was dangling by the wires only! We had to park it, and drive all around in the middle of the night for over 2 hrs looking for an open store that sold zip ties to secure it back just so we could resume our trip. What should e been a 6 hour drive at most, took us right at 14 hours! We rented another truck from Budget and had no issues from it. Uhaul really disappointed me this time. I’ve used Uhaul many times, but this time was REALLY BAD! I was told I would receive a FULL REFUND which I’ve yet to receive on the truck or the dolly.

Raoul HThey gave us a trailer that had the wires all spliced open like rats had been eating them!!! After loading the entire trailer we come to find out the lights don’t work at all. Had to spend the night at a hotel with pets and kids. All our food went bad in the coolers!!! Had to drive 2.5 hours the next morning with out lights across the state!!! This location isn’t reliable and they have no clue about the equipment!
