The staff made sure the vehicle we requested was available and ready on the date and at the time we required it. The staff was very flexible in dealing with changes to our plans and our needs and made sure we had everything we needed, including offering to rent us other equipment we may have needed, but did not own ourselves. The 20' truck we rented is starting to get a bit "tired", but with over 171,000 miles (not kilometres), this is to be expected. Overall, a very positive experience...
Patrick MNot only did the vehicle have no air conditioning it poured hot air out of the vents even when the fan was turned off. Wanted to rent a van , none available.
