Ashland Storage was a great location and good customer service. The only issue is our truck leaked oil pretty consistently at both our locations during the move; an additional item we needed to clean up when we were already crazy busy.

LATOYA NAfter a phone call to Ashland Storage, staff arranged for us to use that facility to return the UHaul truck to them which was the closet location to our destination. So easy and so helpful. All instructions were given over phone including where to park the truck, etc. Very efficient and pleasant.
