Very unprofessional. Uhaul that was booked was not at the location to pick up. Employee did not provide accurate information. Employee told us we could drop off uhaul at any location in London. We did so and was called by uhaul as to the location. We had to end up picking the uhaul up at the location we left it at and move it to the location requested by uhaul. We also did not receive a recipe for our bill.

I had called Friday to reserve at the Madoc location, and asked if I needed to visit in person to be sure it was available (I was told no, just arrive Monday morning). When I showed up, they logged in to the system to find their trucks had been booked. I was told to call other places (shouldn't they have been helping me out with that?). They were basically very unhelpful and dismissive of me. So I started calling to find one on my own, and came upon this location. The person who rented me the truck was very helpful, efficient, and friendly. I told him repeatedly how grateful I was for his help (he had held the truck for me while I drove from Madoc to Belleville). I told him he had made my day. He told me "when you are happy, I'm happy". When I returned the truck I thanked him again and told him that thanks to him I was able to pick up $3000 in free furniture. He high fived me and again told me "when you are happy, I'm happy". I had taken a day off work, had a friend giving up a holiday to help me, and had two people waiting for me to pick up furniture. If I had waited for the shop in Madoc to help me I never would have been able to make the trips to Picton and Kingston to get what I needed. I am very appreciative of the help of the man in the Belleville location. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP? MAKE SURE WHEN SOMEONE CALLS TO BOOK - YOU ACTUALLY BOOK THE TRUCK FOR THEM! WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL HOLD A TRUCK, PLEASE DO IT!

very slow service and antique computer and printer. i wanted to read the agreement that requires my signiture and he said not to bother because its standard form yet all the legal obligations were on that form including Km and fuel. he was quite ingnorant when i said that i am giving you my signiture therefore i need to read what insign. we picked up the truck with below 1/2 mark and we did not complain and when we returned it he said its not at the 1/2 mark and charged me $5. its not the $ its the principle. he was kind in extending the truck by one day but overall the experience was not something i would recommend

Have customer service reps that actually give a shit. It was moving day which is stressful enough and then I get attitude from the service rep say if I don't like it she would cancel my reservation ??? horrible customer service

First thing would change your policy on "reserving" I rrserved a 10' truck a 3 weeks prior to my move. Uhaul called me and said sorry we will have no truck ee can guarantee for that dayvso we are guranteeing you a cargo van (which definitely would not have been big enough.) I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and for me to call 2 days before I move and if they saw one in my area they could change it for me. I was under tremendous stress because had to move out of my place by end of day June 30th. I called on June 28th and she reserved the truck BUT people were not returning it to the location till 4:45pm and the business would close at 5pm. I arrived on time and the prvious renters did NOT return the truck. Called Uhaul had to drive 15 minutes to next town to get a uhaul....when i arrived there the emplyee of the business said my reservation number was not showing and she refused to give me a truck. Called uhaul again amd they had to make her give me the truck. Entire experience was stressful and the service from the location was really bad employee was unfriendly and rude

wanted to change drop off locations. used your chat line and was told i couldn't change. ended up driving 10 km extra and got charged over miles. Gas was 1/2 at pick up and 5/8 at drop off.

The location was 20 min late opening. When I got into the truck I could not believe the smell of stale cigarette smoke as well as the filth of the interior there is coffee spilt all over the console and floor. This truck has not been swept out or cleaned for a long time. This trucks front end is out of alignment which makes it hard to handle on the highway at 55mph it is all over the road. When I made the reservation I was quoted $ 0.39 per kilometre but was charged $0.69 per kilometre. Over all this was a very disappointing rental from u haul which has not happened in the past. I will be calling your customer service to discuss this and find out why the price difference was charged.

took a while to get processed however there was just 1 teenage girl dealing with store sales, gas sales all the while waiting on me as well. she was as cool as she could possibly be under the circumstances. I personally would have been flustered dealing with all of that. she was a star in my books.

Could not understand them on phone or in person. Truck was dirty. Damp blankets left in there from previous job. Truck had only 1/4 tank of tank. Also they had double booked the truck.

I filled out the information online then had to give it all to the person when I picked up the trailer. What is the point in the filling it out online if this has to be done again?

The cargo area of the truck was soaking wet and covered with rice and hair. There was also a foul-smelling pile of brown grossness that we're fairly certain was dog poop on the ramp. It was disgusting. We wasted half an hour sweeping and mopping it up before we could start loading.

Honestly I will never go to that location again and would never recommend anyone go there! It took me over 90 minutes and a lot of hassle to get my rental. I'm sure this is all on my file. However the uhaul representatives that I spoke with on the phone that night were great in helping me!

The track was clean on the inside but There was no snow brush in it and the snow and ice took 30min to clean it off using my own brush. There was only 1/4 tank of gas in it, any other time I rent a vehicle it has a full tank and needs to be returned with a full tank, it was a very cold and snowy day, having to clean it outside and then get gas was not convenient.

The location was a gas station/convenience store and those customers were always served first so it took a while to get through the process of a uhaul rental. The truck was good during the day but on my last hour and a half drive to ottawa, I couldnt see very well because the headlights weren't aligned properly. They both pointed in the same spot. It was bad at times. Maybe have a walkaround with a uhaul agent mandatory? Even to go over the basics? Good thing the stickers were all over the place....
