Location did not offer parking. Had to park at an off site lot and jaywalk across a busy street to get to the U-Haul. Employee was off putting and did not have vehicle prepared for mobile check in which delayed me.

There was no itinerary provided as the email did not come through properly. The ability to use the web to capture photos wouldn’t load and when I shared this information I was told it timed out and they wouldn’t resend it,
