KATRINE EThe person in-charge seemed disinterested. He kept saying he doesn't have my reservation, took me a lot of time to prove that I actually had a reservation and finally concluded that uhaul messed up because they should my middle name in the calendar.
BOSCOSYLVESTER JThe reservation that was made for this location for me to pick up the van - didn't work. It was there in the system but the clerk wasn't able to give me the van unless I also register in the app. The app worked badly slow, and required to cancel and rebook the reservation, paying again for everything. This experience was horrible and I'd not recommend this place.
Pavel DAfter booking my U-Haul weeks in advance, the employee at this location told me he “doubts they have the truck I ordered on hand.” By some miracle they had one left. They didn’t have any of the extras I ordered, (dolly’s, etc.) Super unpleasant staff that talked about their guns and bullets right in front of me. As a young woman they made me uncomfortable. I would never recommend this location to anyone, and in fact will be telling everyone to find an alternative to U-Haul as a whole if this is how they choose to operate.
