It's extremely difficult just to get into the facility as it's at the corner of two divided roads. There's also no parking, so you need to either get a Lyft there and back or have someone tag along to drive you. The office itself is just a counter in a service station so it's dirty and cluttered. The vehicle itself was a very rough ride - the suspension and brakes need work, it's dirty, and clearly quite old.

KRISTI SVehicle was not clean, not upfront, did not have blankets in it. They check in attendant was not polite, there was horrible rain and he was not personable…… the person at return was great- what you would expect, friendly and courteous
