My reservation was for 8am, and I was on a tight schedule to return it by 6:30pm when they close. The previous customer didn't return the trailer until 9:16, so we sat in our truck waiting in the cold all that time. Then after the 120 mile each way we arrived back at Uhaul at 4:00pm. We were met by a sign on the door â€œClosed early at 3:30, open tomorrow at 7:30. â€œ With no place for the trailer at home we tried to use your remote checkin but it wouldn't work, so we called the 800 number. After sitting on hold 20 minutes we finally got Margaret in Arizona was very helpful, friendly and efficient, but other than her we were very frustrated with Uhaul.JOSEPH P.

The trailer was found to have a broken leaf spring on the passenger side - only after 2 blown tires and service calls. Fortunately the Marysville UHaul was very helpful and got us a new trailer and worked on transferring all the documents to the new trailer.Jason W.

For individuals that don't have a smart phone, you should consider another "turn truck in method", so that not charge extra, in the event the sales person leaves at 5:00pm. Yesterday, when turning in my truck, after 5pm, my internet was down so I wrote a note explaining my situation. However, as I was putting my key in the slot, I overheard another customer that was in the same situation as myself. I heard the cashier tell him, "You need to log onto uhaul and follow the instructions about turning in your truck in, after hours," That rubbed me the wrong way, when the cashier talked to a customer in that tone.JO C.

I only rented the trailer cargo for 5 hours and returned on time, a staff there just helped me to take off the retail and park it. I asked that did I need to sign or do anything for returning this trailer as I did returned it in time. The U-Haul staff said that you are free to go without doing anything. Then I left, later on the same day, another U-Haul staff called me and asked if I returned the trailer yet. This meant that the previous uhaul staff did not recorded my return of trailer. This should be a possibility to charge me again as uhaul system did not know I actually returned the trailer on time. However I looked the picture if anything happened. This experience is for people renting from Uhaul to aware that this situation might happenJUIHSIANG C.

A year and a half ago I rented a uhaul and the starter went out and wouldn't start after unloading it at a storage unit.. wasted the entire day, I was told I had to wait for the mechanic and then a tow truck and if I left the uhaul it would be considered abandoned.... this weekend was another crap show.. spent 2 hours trying to get a code to unlock the truck so I could use it... 2 hours, 3 phone calls. 2 different web sites, downloaded the app.. and still your new system failed repeatedly... finally had to drive 14 miles away to get one from a different location.. I should be reimbursed 28 miles !!! 2nd location was much better, fast & friendly. Wasted time, wasted miles and gas, such a stressful experience.DONALD G.

This location is fine, but Uhaul in general needs to have more trucks available because other customers constantly don't return their trucks on time, which screws over the next customer. I understand it's the other customer at fault, but Uhaul can definitely do more to ensure that doesn't happen, or that the next customer will at least have a truck at that location. Having to drive further away for a truck really throws a wrench in the already stressful moving day.RICCO T.

Representative was fine but got rude after I asked if I could have a full tank of gas. Then when I asked about the dollys I had reserved he said "we don't have any" and walked off leaving me standing there. I was then forced to drive to a hardware store with a 20' uhaul to buy dollys, which took time I did not have. What's the point of reserving a u haul with dolly, at 8 am, to learn a dolly was not available after the fact. I could have at least found dollys before drivng a u haul around.BRAD S.

Tell the employees that they are wrong sometimes and they should check their equipment. They said there was something with my car when it was really their equipment that was wrong. Did they apologize? No, they still blamed me and my car. Never ever using this uhaul location ever again and even considering to never use uhaul again overall. RidiculousMARJORIE T.
