Again the location for drop off was not the problem, it is Uhaul policy. The business of rental is not to make the customer move your equipment. Why is there no option to review uhaul policy. Locations probably get bad reviews because of uhaul reservation system.

Allyson SThe digital check out was not user-friendly and no one at the location could help. We reserved a furniture dolly, but it was not in the truck. The check in process would not let me indicate the missing item and, again, the employee could not assist me because he works for the gas station and not the UHaul business. Go to a location that has UHaul employees.
Trisha GThe crew was not very well versed in U-Haul rentals and instructed me to install the mobile app and complete the self-service process on my own. The person available at pickup was helpful and provided assistance, but no one else engaged or offered support during the return process. The app is filled with upsell prompts and add-on offers, which makes the overall experience feel cluttered and spammy.
