I originally reserved my U-Haul online at a specific location to find out upon arrival it was not there. I was forwarded to another location in an area I do not prefer to pick up a different truck. The person there was polite enough but had no idea what to do and was super busy running a register leaving me standing waiting for him to have time to help me. Finally a representative called me and talked me through online check out only to find out the appliance dolly I had reserved was not available at this location leaving me to try to find one elsewhere. In the end a process I expected to take 20-40 minutes ended up taking almost 2 hours.
