Improve the available parking to drop off rentals. Location was clean but not really inviting. No one was there to personally assistance with anything. Not what I would hope for or expect for small town service.
Susan HI was told that I would have a furniture dolly that I rented on the truck so I could unload my items but we were told that one was not available so I had to rent one somewhere else.
Beverly DLocation was closed Friday, 1 800 uhaul took 5 calls ,over a hour sad
Steve NOnline pick up of equipment was not easy. The website form was glitchy, I needed help and they referred me to a manager. It took over 30 minutes at the site just to get it right, and pick up the truck. Made me late for the rest of the day.
