You're pushing 24/7 pick up and drop off. But no indication which sites you can or can't do that. So it forces people to get equipment on business hours only.. customer cannot plan trip their way then. Same with load share..want freight moved? Have accessibility by overnite staff to the load share info, and status of trailers so those signed up to do it can get that info 24/7. So they don't have to camp in questionable areas because your internal communication is poor. I. A former 16 yr OTR trucker.. you have a good platform to expand services.. uhaul moving and freight are both 24/7 businesses.. treat them as such and make some adjustments and you'll have move customers than trailers to move signing up.. and finally.. you need to offer more in cash to people for this . Reducing our rental works better than extra days and miles we likely don't need or will use.. $ works best and a day added.. this was a ordeal that didnt have to be but still. Great idea..needs work tho..
