Jimmy is very cordial and very helpful. Explains every detail what to do in case of problem. He is patient enough to answer all questions and concerns. You can not find many people like Jimmy. As far as this store location is concern no negative I have experienced. The only thing I experienced using the app when returning the vehicle is the buffering of the U-Haul website. I spend much time to download the photos. And eventually call the customer service for help and only then I was able to place the key in the box and leave.

And why make me be on property to start the checklist AND say that you’ll charge me a service fee if someone else does the checklist in for me? Seems redundant and made me sit in the parking lot for an extended period so time for no reason
