I would never recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The man who assisted me (a Caucasian male) treated me disrespectfully and in a way that felt racially biased. As an African-American woman, I should be treated with the same courtesy as any other customer, but that was not the case. On top of the poor treatment, he tried to charge me for 251 miles when I had only driven 51. It was clear he did not properly check the mileage, and instead of fixing the mistake politely, he was dismissive and unpleasant. This was a very bad experience overall, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to take their business elsewhere.
