Give customers a break on gas. There is not enough time to refill after a moving job if you pickup the truck later in the day.

I was afraid that bring the truck in later than I had wanted to if would cost additional. We got into Fort Worth late Thrusday night and were just to exhausted to unload. The people at the return location were very understanding. Thanks to everyone that helped us during this extreme storm to get our daughter and grandkids to Fort Worth.

This is by far my worst uhaul experience, and I am a frequent customer. They returned someone else's truck rental under my account and I was charged for their truck as well as mine. Said they took care of it, yet I'm still getting charges to my card and email notifications from uhaul about this other person's truck they tied to my account. They said they reversed and should have a credit, but that's still pending. Mileage was WAY off (100 miles roughly) the distance I went, but unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the odometer nor did I go out with the uhaul rep when I returned the truck to verify, as I'd never had a problem with that in the past at previous (different) locations. It was my bad for not verifying, but it still, upsetting and dishonest. It's been a mess. I would NEVER rent a truck from this location again.

Couldn't believe how my expeince was- horrible. We swept out the truck, better than we received it and he said he couldn't rent it out as it was despite me sweeping it while I was there at the Uhaul. I assume it's because it had some black dust left and it wasn't 100% impeccable. I have rented a dozen U-haul's before in worse condition. He also asked that we fold each of the 6 blankets up. We have never ever been asked to fold each blanket up. Absurd. Very unfriendly and I will never rent or return here again, I will go else where.

I was charged $ 7.48 for 17 miles over and I don't know how much for gas d less than 5 minutes after I dropped ovff my rental. I was told my rental had not been check in yet, and was referred to Uhaul customer service. Well Uhaul has just lost a return customer, I will never use you again.

The rep at this location was very helpful and friendly; I would rate him as above average. The problem I have is with the unit I was given...I rent from Uhaul several times a year for the past 16 years and this is the 1st time I was given an enclosed trailer that 'leaked'. I am sure someone has complained and somehow this unit is still being circulated. This unit is leaking from the floor on up...all my boxes from the front to back; nil center stacked layer were DRENCHED with water from the heavy rainfall during the transit. I purchased a tarp at my 1st stop not realizing where the water was coming from and when the trailer was unloaded; every box sustained water damage, my printer had water on the inside of the unit (this was enclosed in plastic and inside a soft-walled basket...the basket was so wet the color in the weave bled off, water damage lines ensued, and when transferred to hard dry surface...the table was drenched beneath the unit! If I had returned the trailer with water damage' I am sure Haul would expect me to pay for it. As a renter, when I rent a 'enclosed' trailer...I expect my items to be in the same dry condition they were in before I transported them. This trailer was no different than using 'open' flat bed trailer. I expect Haul to contact me regarding this unit to discuss problems encountered.

U-Haul Contract 80507228 I rated my experience with this location as not helpful or inviting because I filled up the gas tank for my wife using the only contract that I saw in the truck "sitting in the cup holder". It was highlighted to fill the truck up to 5/8. My wife's contract stipulated filling it up to 7/8. I understand that she signed a contract and the requirements were clear; however, I did not look at the contract's signature to confirm that it was hers. My point of contention is that if the vehicle was cleaned out properly following the last user, the older contract would not have been in the vehicle. I am being charged $25.00 for referencing the wrong contract. I would appreciate the organization crediting me back the $24.50 back. Thank you, Brian Seaton
