William JI rented for a day on Saturday and called to let my dealer know I wasn’t going to make it before he closed. He said that’s fine just drop the keys in the drop box. He closed at 6:00 and I arrived at 8:00. I was charged for another full day for 2 hours? What the heck! Don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul again. The cost of doing business with U-Haul just doubled. These days who can affford that!
