Mike was nice, van had cold air, check in and out was quick and easy.
ALLISON HOverall location and facilities are fine. My issue was the inability to pick my rental truck up at 8pm as reserved do to I assume a APP issue. My problem for me seemed of no concern (or surprise) to anyone else. The result of not being able to pick up the rental truck at 8pm, but at 9am the next morning, put me way behind schedule and forced me to load the truck in much higher temperatures and full sun versus the nighttime and early morning temperatures as planned. If the pick-up experience were part of your survey, I would rate it as poor / very poor
