The location is very convenient. To improve: 1. Even though I checked in online for a reservation, the process was slow when I got there. 2. The truck smelled like hay.
Thomas LI've never encountered a truck without a ramp, until yesterday. Everything else was as expected or better, but loading appliances without a ramp was, ahem, less than ideal.
