I was charged $5 each for 2 additional items I never received. I was charged for 6 moving pads that we never used, and I don’t know what the other $5 charge was for, but it was not part of the quote or charges when we stood in the store. The back brake light was out and the check engine light was on.
Kimberly GWhile the staff was excellent the Truck was in need of severe repairs. 1) The Passenger Side Mirror was not functional. I moved with the motion of the truck and would not stay in position to see the traffic or lanes behind the vehicle. 2) The truck would not shift automatically. From 2nd to 3rd gears the truck would not shift while carrying a load. I had to shift into neutral and back to drive to get the vehicle to change gears to the next higher gear... The track was clean inside and out.
James MThe location was convenient and in a nice area. The interior of the truck cab hadn’t been cleaned. It smelled like hot garbage and BO with fingernails everywhere. Bugs all over the windshield and empty/not working windshield cleaner.
