Karl opened promptly at 9. Karl was not excited to see me. Karl inquired as to why I did not use the app. I responded that I preferred the traditional experience. Karl was chipper, professional but displeased by my response. I have analyzed this negative encounter and believe that Uhaul is not emphasizing customer service to these vendors as they now expect every customer to be an employee.

I was charged for 6 moving pads that we never used, and I don’t know what the other $5 charge was for, but it was not part of the quote or charges when we stood in the store.
