It took to long to check in because of WiFi issues. Then when we came back to return the U-Haul, we wanted to reserve again and the WiFi was slow again. I recommend resetting your router or updating so that check ins can be less time consuming.

Gary BI was originally supposed to go to the Bensalem location I was called the day before and was asked if I would go to another location I asked the rep how close it was to the Bensalem one she said two minutes I believed her the place was further than expected and when I arrived the person wasn’t even there on time so i had to wait
