Less time spent online picking up vehicle. What do you go if the cell reception is bad at a particular location? I might suggest some type of WIFI availability at these rural dealerships.

SANDRA FFirst off this is just a reminder to everyone renting a trailer. Five miles down the road the trailer jumped off the hitch. The employee had crossed the chains properly and they caught the tongue. I got stopped re installed on the ball and tightened things down. No issue with that again. Tires were a little long in the tooth and one blew out 41 miles from nowhere. I paid for the basic insurance and it covered the delivery and install of a new tire. Otherwise the trailer towed easily with this moderate load.
STEPHEN EOnly feedback I have is that I couldn't upload pictures of the van before leaving the pick up location. It did not work on the web page.
