I was treated like I was the most important customer in the office by Lyle. He explained everything in detail to me, ensuring I understood the rules and special information about the truck. He even came out of the office to set my mirrors, because I couldn't reach them. He gave me information on the particular truck I had, suggesting ways to make sure I was safe. Lyle is a treasure as a representative. His caring nature, coupled with his willingness to go the extra mile was a new experience for me. He treated me as an important customer, not a number. I'm a retired coroner, and then a customer service manager. I would hire Lyle in an instant. The passion he has for his job shows his true nature!!
