As the Integrity Self Storage is relatively new, so as this U-Haul location. I was instantly greeted by the lady with a smile and introduced to the (almost) brand new 15ft truck, nice. That said, the check in process was smooth yet clear for everything. I had a simple task to pick up a large furniture at Home Depot, everything works as it was supposed to. I was even assured that if I could not make it back when the representative is on site, she would extend my rent until the following morning so that I would not get extra charge. The ruck works flawlessly and this small project went swimmingly. It was truly worth it. Thank you very much.

The truck had multiple mechanical issues. It had a bank, one catalytic converter efficiency fault, which caused an engine light to come on. I kept losing cruise control, ABS, Hill assist, and stability track. Quite unnerving.
