Front desk guy at check in wasn’t the easiest to communicate with. When I would tell him something, my husband would have to repeat me like he didnt hear me but only on select items. But it did happen multiple times. He was also 40 minutes late and put us behind on our day.

There was a slight problem with the app as it wouldn't take a picture of one side of the trailer. Also the passenger side brake light on the trailer worked intermittently, and the ABS and check skid control light in the truck came on while driving.
