Renting a truck was easy and fast. The customer service at my location was great! My MIL has a storage unit here and we have one elsewhere. This Uhaul storage didn’t exist when we needed a unit. I am very jealous of hers to say the least. It is very clean, temp controlled and easy access.

The employee was friendly and helpful. The equipment, however, had a completely missing brake light on the right side and the wheels appeared to be tilted. I have photos of this.

EUGENE SVery easy process to turn equipment in
MATTHEW MFront desk guy at check in wasn’t the easiest to communicate with. When I would tell him something, my husband would have to repeat me like he didnt hear me but only on select items. But it did happen multiple times. He was also 40 minutes late and put us behind on our day.
