I couldn’t get the emergency brake to release. I finally got it to release but never used it again.
BRUCE GThe truck barely made it over the pass. It’s in horrible mechanical condition and the heater vents were even broken out. For the cost of renting a uhaul as customers we should be able to have high expectations of the equipment condition as well as mechanical condition. It wasn’t cleaned out before we rented it and the windshield hadn’t even been cleaned. Overall I was disappointed
HEATHER CClearer signage or easier instructions for where the trucks are for people who use mobile check in. Then there is the switches of my pickup location. This is a critique of U-Haul not this location. They called me twice the day before I needed the truck and switched my location 3 times adding about an hour drive to my location. And then my brother in law just goes and books another 26 footer right in town! That was not cool the agent who helped me was good but they need to leave more time between people renting the trucks!
Aaron LSomeone else has used my email address to create an account and there's no clear way to communicate this to uhaul, I'm not based in US so I'm not calling, and I don't see an obvious alternative so I'm requesting call backs whenever I log in (to the number listed on the account, not mine obviously), hoping someone figures out why...
