Excellent customer service!
Patricia WFix the app, it got stuck in a loop trying to note that I dropped the truck off. Location was fine, and U-Haul chat support noted that I dropped off on my account. Only other problem was with Apple Maps, it showed the drop off point at a place up the road. Google maps had it correct though

Gay BIt's a small shack that's unsafe driving in with pot holes everywhere. Absolutely terrible.
